Yep, I'm down to less than 24 hours before I need to be at the airport and all packed. Blah. There's too much to do and not enough hours in the day to do it. I'm taking a half day from work today so that I can try to get as much done as possible. Hopefully I'll get it all accomplished and I won't be stressing too much in the process.
Anyways, I didn't finish the mitten last night, but I'm so close that I'll finish it today so that I can wear them tomorrow on my way to the airport and in case it's cold in Seoul when I arrive on Sunday morning. (evening there) Here's what I finished last night:

I just need to add the mitten shell and it'll be finished. I also have 50,000 ends to weave in from those fingers, so that will be joyous.
Anyways, my next post will be from Korea. I should arrive there Sunday evening and will try to post sometime on Monday. Gotta get some sleep in there too and try not to be super jet lagged.
Knit on...
Yay Korea! Have a good flight, and a wonderful visit. :)
ReplyDeleteYour mittens look lovely. I'm weaving finger ends right now, too--I feel your pain! (Stupid gloves. Last night I was trying to figure out a way to do fingers without breaking the yarn, but I don't think there's a good solution. Hmph.)
I hope you have a safe trip!!
ReplyDeleteI hope you have a safe flight and have a good time in Seoul with DF. :)
ReplyDeleteHave a wonderful trip, Leah! I hope you have a great time seeing DF, and I can't wait to read your entries while you're over there. :)
