Will it be good? Maybe. Will it be bad? Probably. Will I watch it 500 times to make sure? Yup.Tracy Hickman even commented that he thought the animation rather sucked. It's not good when the author of the book says the animation is bad. He did say that the music is wonderful and that the voice acting is actually pretty good.
I think most Dragonlance fans are just hoping that this is a stepping stone to get the books made into a live-action movie series. If they can do Lord of the Rings, they can certainly do Dragonlance.
